We at Tri-County Sewing believe in giving the best possible customer service including customer education, telephone support, product training, product advice and technical support.

Face-to-face communication is the best way to learn about your sewing machine so you can utilize your machine fully.

Therefore, we require that all Viking Sewing Machine customers come into our store, or have your NEW Viking Sewing Machine delivered and set up by one of our store agents.

FOR VIKING FACTORY SERVICED, CLOSE-OUT AND WHITE PRODUCTS

Delivery of Viking Factory Serviced Machines, Viking Close-outs, White Sewing Machines, and trade-ins is offered via UPS.

We want you to love the machine you buy from us and utilize every possible function on it.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Tri-County Sewing Center offers FREE shipping on selected items, as indicated in their respective description on our website. FREE shipping is offered only for the contiguous 48 United States.

 


OUR POLICY REGARDING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*

If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs, you can return it once you have received a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department.  Simply call 1-315-635-7919 or e mail tricosew@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number and we will give you proper instructions on returning your purchase.

We CANNOT accept returns without a Return Authorization Number, so be sure to call us first.  Shipping charges are non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping and related insurance fees for the return shipment.

RESTOCKING FEE:  Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is 10% Restocking Fee on new Sewing Machines (does not include Sergers, Computerized Sewing machines, and Computerized Embroidery Machines).

*30 Day Return Policy applies to new Sewing Machines. Software, Memory cards, Disk packs, Cabinets, Parts, Notions, Special order items, Used, Refurbished, Specials, Closeouts, Sergers, Computerized Sewing Machines and Computerized Embroidery Machines are not returnable.
 

 

WHERE YOU LIVE MAKES A DIFFERENCE

For your protection (as well as ours), Tri-County Sewing Center only accepts orders from customers within the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. 

We will not accept orders from anywhere else worldwide. There are absolutely no exceptions.

All eligible orders are shipped via UPS.  All shipping and delivery addresses are computer verified.  Please make sure your address is accurate and complete so that your order is not delayed.

Please note that UPS does not deliver packages to Post Office boxes; you will be sent a card to pick up your package at the nearest UPS location in your area.


WARRANTIES:

All Husqvarna Viking, White, and other sewing machines sold by Tri-County Sewing Center are intended for home use only, and are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine shall be construed as abuse of the product and will void all warranties, including the 30 Day Return Policy.
  


SERVICE POLICIES:

TRICOSEW.COM prides itself on customer service after the sale. In an effort to better serve you, please call 1-315-635-7919 or email tricosew@gmail.com for a return authorization number for any service needed on an item purchased from us. Items sent back to the store must be insured and properly packaged in order to reduce the potential for shipping damage. 

TRICOSEW.COM is not responsible for damage to items coming into the store, only for those items we ship to our customers. Items returned must include daytime and evening customer contact information as well as detailed information of the problem.

Please include a copy of the sales receipt as well. If an item is returned without this information, service may be delayed. We want to take care of all our customers and following these guidelines will ensure that your repair is handled promptly and efficiently. Shipping and related charges to and from Tri-County Sewing Center is the customer's responsibility.

Occasionally we may have a question about your order. In that event, we will try to email you to clear up any questions we may have. We will NEVER email you under any other circumstances, except in direct response to an email you send us.
In other words, we never send spam (we though you might appreciate that). If we are unable to contact you within three business days, we will place your order on indefinite hold until we hear from you.
Please make sure your shipping address and email address are correct when placing an online order with us.
