Why can't I select my shipping method?
You must first enter your zip code in the space provided and click the "Recalculate" button, so the system can offer you the correct shipping options.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
Change the number in the box next to that item and click the "Recalculate" button.

How do I remove items from my cart?
Change the quantity to Zero (0) and press the "Recalculate" button.

How do I change the sales tax amount?
Select the appropriate sales tax rate from the pull down box and click the "Recalculate" button.
