Koala Leads The Way in Frustration-Free Shipping and Delivery

All Koala Cabinets purchased through the Sewing & Craft Club are delivered via our exclusive Top Drawer Freight Program at a flat fee (no matter how many cabinets in the order) of $285 per order ($385 per order in Alaska and Hawaii).
 


The shipping charge covers  ALL ITEMS within the order that includes the qualifying cabinet, i.e. any non-Koala items purchased along with a Top Drawer qualifying product are shipped for no addtional freight charges. 


It’s the only residential delivery program like it in the industry.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. You place the order online with sewingandcraftclub.com.
  2. Our Customer Service Department will email you a ship date and an approximate arrival date. This email will also contain all the details of the scheduled shipment, including information about what to expect from the Top Drawer delivery service, instructions on how to inspect the cabinet for freight damage or defect, and directions regarding how to have the cabinet removed by the delivery company and a replacement cabinet will be scheduled for delivery should the cabinet be damaged due to freight or defect.
  3. Within 24 hours of the actual shipment from our warehouse, you will receive another email to let you know your cabinet(s) are ready to be shipped.
  4. When the cabinet arrives at the regional shipping terminal, our shipping partner will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment for delivery.  Deliveries will be scheduled between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday within a four-hour window.  For evening or weekend service, additional charges may apply.
  5. Two deliverymen will arrive at your home with the cabinet(s). They will move the cabinet(s) into the desired room, unpack the cabinet(s), attach the castors and handles, and remove all the packaging removal. 

 

Priority and Next Day delivery are not available for Koala Cabinets.
 

Delivery is via normal delivery routes and modes of transportation within the contiguous 48 states with the exception of the following ZIP codes in New York:  10001-10099, 10101-10292, and these ZIP codes in Florida:  33001, 33036, 33037, 33040-33045, 33050-33052 and 33070; and to AK and HI with the additional shipping surcharge mentioned above. For delivery to Canada, Puerto Rico or any other special destinations, please call our customer service department for shipping options at: 888-623-3472.


Because of the special care taken with all Koala Cabinet shipments, the contractual agreement SCS USA has with its shipping partners, and the difficulty in determining the difference between concealed damage resulting from shipping or actual cabinet defect; SCS USA and Koala Cabinets will only honor the benefits of the Koala Hassle-Free Freight Program and Koala Limited Lifetime Warranty when the Koala Cabinet is shipped and delivered by SCS USA and its shipping partners.  With any re-shipment, freight damage and cabinet warranty become the responsibility of the customer.
